Chair Yoga for people with Parkinson’s is practiced while sitting or standing, using the chair for support. This yoga class Improves flexibility and balance while incorporating deep breathing and a mind-body connection.

Yin is a more meditative practice which accesses deeper connective tissues and fascia. A wonderful way to maintain flexibility, increase mobility, calm and balance the mind and body, lower stress levels, increase stamina and better lubricate and protect the joints. Level 1-3.

This class is great for individuals who have difficulty getting up and down off the floor, want to learn yoga options for travel or at their desk, are pregnant or want to work on improving balance in a safe environment.
