Chair Yoga:


$15 per drop-in class

$72 per month for a monthly package (includes access to yoga session recordings)  

Class offered 2 times per week


Ease Back into Practice:


$36 for 6 recorded class for 6 weeks 


One-on-One Yoga:


$150  for a 55-minute private session with Amy.
