YOGA:
Amy Tyre believes we have the power to transform our lives and that true healing comes from within. The practice of yoga, accessible to everyone, is ultimately about quieting the mind, allowing ourselves to come closer to our true selves.
COACHING:
The problem: If what you're achieving doesn't feed your soul, you'll eventually feel empty and discontent.
Achievement is great, but if we strive to accomplish goals that aren't in line with who we really are, we become tired, depleted, even physically ill.
The solution: Coaching is a powerful tool to connect and get back on track with our true self.
Amy is a gifted yoga teacher who guides us to uncover our best selves.
Amy received her 200-hour teacher certification from At One Yoga in 2010 and an additional 300-hours of Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY) training from InnerVision Yoga in 2019. Amy has over 1,000 hours of teaching under her belt giving her the Yoga Alliance E-RTY500 Master Teacher certification.
Amy completed an additional 100+ hours of study on the Yoga Sutras with the distinguished Pandit Rajmani Tiguanait, Ph.D., the spiritual head of the Himalayan Institute. She is a lifelong learner, who continues to study Kabbalah and other wisdom traditions.
