The Yogis teach that the way to a joyous and fulfilled life is by uncovering and living from our essential nature. When we quiet our minds, we begin to see ourselves clearly. When we begin to see clearly, we can set “right” goals based on the truth of who we are, versus “wrong” goals built on the need for acceptance, validation or fear. When we live from a place of wrong goals we become empty and burned out. When we live from a place of “right” goals, we become energized, joyous, and fulfilled.
You are not your mind. Your mind is a storyteller. Yoga, meditation, mentoring, and coaching are ways to help you connect to yourself. No one knows better than YOU what brings joy and contentment to your life. The mind is powerful, but it can limit and sabotage. When you master your mind, then you finally master your life.

Group Yoga Classes
Join Amy for live, online group yoga classes! Many people enjoy the ease and relaxation of practicing yoga from the comfort of their own home. Try out a class and come together to feel the support and warmth of a welcoming community. Amy teaches a wide range of formats from Chair Yoga to Vinyasa Flow. One-on-One Yoga Sessions Online
Yoga is about cultivating habits that make us happy, healthy, and free. Need some guidance in your yoga practice or your life? Amy is here to help. She is trained in Healing Emphasis Yoga and helps you make connections between body and mind to re-discover your innate joy and vitality.
One-on-One yoga sessions are designed for anyone who feels they need individualized instruction to better understand and grow their yoga practice, or themselves. Sessions are 1-hour and are currently conducted over Zoom. The fee per session is $100.
Grow your home yoga practice. Pay for one or more hours via Paypal or Venmo on the Payment page and then schedule a 60-minute session with Amy!
Coaching
Amy's coaching sessions are based on the premise that you already have the knowledge and internal guidance to create your "right" life. Together Amy guides you to unearth the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that are the root cause of what’s holding you back.
Amy received her coaching certification from Martha Beck and is a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach. Her coaching is designed for people who feel something is missing in their life and have the desire and determination to move forward. Amy combines ancient yogi wisdom with contemporary, powerful tools from teachers such as Byron Katie, Steven Hayes, Carl Jung, and others.
This coaching method will help you find clarity and guide you to uncover the unconscious beliefs that keep you stuck and help you envision and create the life that is right for you.

Mentoring
Amy provides mentoring to people who are willing to commit their time and energy to enhance and improve their life or career. Amy’s mentoring is strongly aligned with the work of Dr. Heidi Halverson, author of the book, "Succeed: How We Can Reach our Goals."
Amy helps to guide her clients to build a plan, develop SMART goals, and create meaningful life experiences. Meetings are generally once a month for 30 or 60-minutes via video or phone.
Amy offers complimentary mentoring sessions.

Our minds can play tricks on us — but our bodies don’t lie. Your body is a source of infinite wisdom. By connecting with your body, you can find the answers you are seeking.
In Phase 1, you’ll learn to tune in to physical and emotional sensations to discern and what’s true for you.
Continually striving to accomplish goals that aren't in line with who you really are can lead to a lack of vitality or vibrance, and feeling tired, depleted, even physically ill.
If what you’re achieving doesn’t feed your soul, you’ll end up feeling empty and discontent.
In Phase 2, Amy helps you get out of your logical thinking brain and into a space where you can visualize and uncover what your inner self desires and identify goals that are aligned for you.
There are two reasons we are unable to achieve our dreams: we have the wrong goals, or we have the right goals, but our minds are unconsciously keeping us from reaching them.
As you take steps down your new path and come up against obstacles or hesitations, Amy will help you work through the thoughts or beliefs that keep you from moving forward.
In Phase 3, we’ll use various tools to help you move beyond the thoughts and patterns that keep you stuck and tap into your innate creativity to find solutions that are unique to you!
Once we make progress in the direction of our goals, we often feel a renewed sense of optimism and hope.
An important part of this coaching process is creating an actionable plan for the next phase of the journey.
In Phase 4, we'll revisit where you were in the past, where you are in the present, and honor the growth process. We celebrate you!
